Printing Supervisor

Job Description

This well-known World Market Leader is based in Europe, has a great new Columbus job opportunity! They are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Printing Supervisor to lead their print production operations at their Columbus facility!

Supervise daily operations of the print department to ensure output meets quality and timeline targets

Optimize color management procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality prints across jobs and machines

Maximize print machine utilization and reduce idle time through effective job scheduling and coordination

Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and ensure all print equipment is serviced and running efficiently

Job Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a digital or large-format printing production environment

Strong knowledge of color management systems, ICC profiles, and calibration tools

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for basic print file adjustments and quality control

Hands-on experience with digital printing machines
