CNC Machine Operator

$19.50–$23.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential

2nd and 3rd shifts available

Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:15pm OR Monday–Friday, 11:00pm–7:15am

Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate, load, and unload CNC machinery while following safety and quality standards

Read prints and perform hourly part inspections

Operate CMM equipment and use metrology tools for accurate measurements

Adjust tooling offsets, monitor tool life, and change cutting inserts as needed

Complete shift reports, inspection cards, and other required paperwork

Perform machine startup, shutdown, and daily preventative maintenance

Follow 5S principles and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow company, environmental, safety, and quality procedures

Who We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

Technical training

CNC machine operating experience preferred

Print reading and measurement skills

Metrology equipment experience preferred, including calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures
