Mixer Machine Operator Mon - Fri $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Shift: 2nd 3:00PM – 12:00AM (overtime likely)

A health-conscious consumer food production and packaging operation in Decatur, IL shipping to niche skin care retailers is looking for a Mixer Machine Operator

Job Requirements for Mixer Machine Operator

Previous food grade manufacturing experience preferred

Previous backing experience is a plus

Previous batching or mixing experience is a plus

Knowledge of food safety protocols

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to follow written and verbal instructions

Able to complete mandatory food safety and general safety training

Job Responsibilities for Mixer Machine Operator

Inspecting and measuring ingredients

Mixing product according to batch sheets

Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment

Conduct routine tests to ensure specifications are met

Keep production lines supplied with finished product

Use pallet jacks

Record and maintain production documentation

Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures for cleaning and sanitation
