Precision Metals is looking for a dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team in Benson, NC. What You’ll Do

Safely operate a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia Day Cab with automatic transmission

Deliver building materials to customer locations and construction job sites

Safely load, transport, and unload materials

Operate a piggyback (Moffett) forklift to unload materials at job sites

Properly secure and inspect all loads before and during transportation

Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Verify orders, delivery tickets, and other required paperwork

Communicate professionally with customers and job-site personnel

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck

Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Represent Precision Metals professionally with every delivery

What We’re Looking For

Valid Class A CDL

Clean and safe driving record

Previous commercial driving experience preferred

Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance

Ability to safely secure and transport building materials

Ability to operate or willingness to learn a Moffett/piggyback forklift

Ability to safely unload materials at customer and construction job sites

Strong attention to detail and paperwork accuracy

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Professional attitude and excellent work ethic

Strong customer-service and communication skills
