Ops Training Instructor

Constellation Energy is seeking an Ops Training Instructor to design and deliver high-impact training for our utility and energy operations teams.

In this role, you will create and lead classroom and hands-on training that builds operator competence in plant systems, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with operations leaders to assess skills, close knowledge gaps, and support onboarding and ongoing development.

Drawing on your technical experience in utilities or power generation, you'll maintain accurate training records, refine curriculum, and help drive an innovative, safety-first culture in a dynamic, sustainability-focused organization.
