Picker Packer (TEMP)

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155

Assignment Length: 3–5 weeks

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Start Date: Immediate — candidates able to start as soon as tomorrow are strongly preferred

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with overtime availability required as workload demands

Work Environment: Non-air-conditioned warehouse facility

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to warehouse procedures.

• Verify product counts and quality before packing to minimize shipping errors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pick/pack workstation.

• Meet productivity and accuracy standards within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Collaborate with forklift operators and other team members to keep material flow on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime based on workload.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs required; candidates who can regularly lift up to 50 lbs are also encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting.

• Able to start work immediately, including as soon as the next business day.
