Train-the-Trainer (SaaS Trainer Law Enforcement Solutions)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Train-the-Trainer (SaaS Trainer) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging training sessions and provide technical guidance to law enforcement agencies using our cloud-based software solutions. You will work directly with police officers, agency administrators, and internal teams to ensure successful product adoption and user confidence.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys teaching others, and can effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for law enforcement personnel on SaaS applications.

Train officers, administrators, and agency staff on software features, workflows, and best practices.

Answer technical questions and provide product support during and after training sessions.

Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, presentations, and documentation.

Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to improve the customer experience.

Identify training needs and recommend solutions to improve software adoption.

Assist customers during onboarding and implementation activities.

Gather user feedback and communicate enhancement recommendations to internal teams.

Stay current on product updates and new software features.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in SaaS training, software implementation, customer training, or technical support.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Experience delivering virtual and classroom-based training.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Government, or Criminal Justice organizations.

Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud applications, and software implementation.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or instructional design.

Familiarity with police records, CAD, RMS, eCitation, or public safety software is a plus.
