What You’ll Do
Provide surgical first assist for multiple specialties, including Urology, Gyn Oncology, Endo Surgery, and Otology
Assist with approximately 2-3 cases per day, with a focus on robotic surgeries in select areas
Support intraoperative procedures in the operating room, serving as primary first assist
Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operative flow
Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety standards in an inpatient/outpatient setting
Contribute to surgical team efforts during scheduled OR blocks
What You Need
Current Texas nursing license (pending acceptance acceptable)
Board certification in Surgery or related specialty
Minimum 2 years surgical experience, preferably in a hospital environment
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to various specialties and procedures
Prior experience with robotic surgery a plus
