Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to assist with responding to inquiries, providing information, and supporting general service-related requests. This is a full-time remote position ideal for individuals who are patient, professional, and comfortable communicating through phone, email, or chat systems.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer or stakeholder inquiries via email, chat, or phone
Provide accurate information and resolve basic service requests
Document interactions and update support systems
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Maintain a professional and courteous communication tone at all times
Follow established service procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and typing ability
Ability to stay calm and professional in communication
Good problem-solving skills
No prior customer service experience required

Compensation
Training Pay: $19.25 per hour
Post-Training Pay: $31.75 per hour
