Are you passionate about caring for others? We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to become part of our growing healthcare team.
As a CNA, you'll play an essential role in providing hands-on care, helping residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence while working alongside an experienced and supportive nursing team.What You'll Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
Take and record vital signs, weights, and other observations.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding when needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
Ensure resident rooms remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers while providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
