Senior Java/Python Developer – Agentic AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java/Python Developer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and hands-on expertise in Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Python, Microservices, and AI frameworks, with proven experience building intelligent AI agents that enhance and automate end-user journeys.

Required Skills

8+ years of software development experience.

Strong proficiency in Java (Java 17/21), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.

Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI application development and automation.

Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise systems.

Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

AI & Agentic AI Experience (Must Have)

Experience designing and developing AI agents that automate and improve end-user workflows and experiences.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.

Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.

Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or similar.

Experience with prompt engineering, context management, memory, and conversation orchestration.

Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications through APIs and tool/function calling.

Understanding of multi-agent systems and autonomous workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based Microservices and enterprise applications.

Build Python-based AI services and integrate them with Java applications.

Develop intelligent AI agents capable of executing multi-step business workflows.

Build AI-driven solutions that improve customer and end-user experiences.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, databases, and third-party APIs.

Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentoring.

Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Experience with AI tool/function calling and agent orchestration.

Knowledge of event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.

Exposure to Generative AI platforms and AI governance best practices.

Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Enterprise domain experience is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
