Shipping Associate – Herbal Products – Cedar Bear Naturales

Location: 1407 E 200 N, Roosevelt/Ballard, Utah

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Pay: Based on experience

Cedar Bear Naturales, a Utah-based herbal supplement manufacturing company, is seeking a Shipping Associate to oversee the daily operations of our shipping department for our 100% alcohol-free dietary supplements.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual who can help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a positive team environment. Prior shipping and supervisory experience desired. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive our quality products in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Position Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipping department operations

Handle order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and shipping accuracy

Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and cycle counts

Ensure shipments are processed accurately, on schedule, and according to company standards

Support other shipping and production team employees

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Work closely with management and other departments to improve workflow and efficiency. Reports directly to the Office Manager

Help resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and customer order concerns

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality control practices

Follow company policies, including signing an NDA and becoming familiar with the Employee Handbook

Qualifications

Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience desired

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or inventory systems preferred

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, walking, and repetitive motion during shifts
