Network Provisioning Technician opportunity in Whitehall, OH supporting a federal telecommunications environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IT experience who enjoys customer interaction, service coordination, and telecommunications provisioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact for customer service requests

Enter and manage telecommunications requests within a proprietary system

Track service orders through completion

Work directly with customers to clarify requirements and resolve incomplete requests

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the provisioning process

Requirements:

2+ years of IT experience

Active Secret Clearance

Preferred:

Associate's Degree
