Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Sign Language Interpreter to support elementary and high school students, fostering meaningful communication and student success throughout the 2026–2027 school year in Jonesboro, GA.

Position Overview: Provide sign language interpretation services for elementary and high school students during classroom instruction, school activities, and educational events.

Facilitate effective communication between students who are deaf or hard of hearing and teachers, staff, and peers.

Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote an inclusive learning environment and ensure students have equitable access to educational opportunities.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation while supporting student communication needs.

Qualifications: Active Georgia Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) Certification Active Georgia Educational Interpreter License Experience interpreting in educational settings, preferably with elementary and/or high school students Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt interpretation services to diverse student needs Why Join Cross Country Education?
