Job Description

Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and lending matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and transaction documents.

Conduct due diligence and assist clients through all stages of commercial real estate deals.

Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Build trusted client relationships while contributing to business development opportunities.

Stay current on real estate laws, market trends, and industry developments.

Qualifications

Active bar license in the state of the office location.

Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and commercial lending transactions.

Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.

Excellent academic credentials.

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
