Maintenance Technician Helper

Job Description

The Maintenance Tech plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of homes by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and handling emergency repairs. Working primarily within a small team, this role requires flexibility with on-call responsibilities and regular travel to multiple locations to maintain all mobile home properties.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance

Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing problems

Home repair, including sheetrock work, flooring, and various other repairs

Conduct emergency repairs as needed

Respond to on-call requests promptly

Coordinate tasks assigned by a supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in maintenance

Strong teamwork skills

Effective communication abilities

Experience with mobile home repair

Bilingual helpful, not required
