Job Description

Join CPMG as a Maintenance Technician for a 50 Unit apartment community in Paris, TN. You’ll be responsible for the daily maintenance operations and support the manager while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Daily work orders

Perform and oversee general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Ensure units are ready for move-ins

Maintain property safety and standards

Manage inventory and supplies

Requirements:

Prior maintenance experience required

Leadership experience preferred

Knowledge of general repairs
