Lead General Dentist Cleveland, Tennessee Area
Join an established, patient-centered general and cosmetic dental practice with a strong reputation and an extensive existing patient base. Position Highlights
Established practice with 8,000-8,500 active patients and 35-40 new patients monthly
$850-$950 daily guarantee for the first 3 months, then production-based compensation
Strong earning potential with current providers averaging approximately $3,000 in daily production
Partnership opportunity available after approximately 6-12 months
Broad scope of practice including general, cosmetic, implant, prosthodontic, and emergency dentistry
Seven fully equipped operatories with Dentrix Enterprise EMR
Experienced support team including 2 Dental Assistants, 3 Dental Hygienists, and a dedicated Office Manager
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM-3:00 PM with potential scheduling flexibility
No call responsibilities
Mentorship opportunities available for advanced procedures including implants and endodontics Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dental care for patients of all ages
Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform restorative procedures including crowns and bridges
Complete routine extractions and basic surgical procedures
Provide cosmetic and prosthodontic services
Restore dental implants (experience preferred)
Conduct hygiene examinations and educate patients on oral health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care Compensation & Benefits
