Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions and concerns through phone, email, chat, and other support channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account-related inquiries while maintaining a friendly tone
Troubleshoot basic customer issues, identify appropriate solutions, and escalate complex cases to the right team when necessary
Document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions clearly and accurately in internal systems
Follow up with customers as needed to confirm issues have been resolved and satisfaction has been maintained
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to improve service quality and share customer feedback
Meet established performance goals related to response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service training or experience is a plus
Previous experience in customer support, call center, retail, hospitality, or another service-focused role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain courteous and professional in all interactions
Comfort using computers, customer support software, and standard office applications to manage daily tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining reliability and accountability
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work in Pennsylvania as required by the role
