At Adient we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week.
What will your responsibilities be?
Internal systems and databases administration: Workday, SharePoint, MS Excel files
HR administration (preparation of contracts, contract amendments, employee files audit)
Preparation of reports in MS Excel
Active participation on hiring activities (direct search, screenings, interviews)
Communication with staffing team, leaders, employees, internal/external candidates
Preparation of documents for internal communication (e.g. invitations, nameplates, materials, feedback forms,…) - accordingly to the need and requirement
Supporting Fleet agenda
Help and support with events organization
Ad hoc activities related HR/ Learning & Development agenda
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
University Student
Upper- intermediate English skills (B2 level), any other language is advantage
Ability to work at least 20 hours/ week for a longer period (next coming year)
Detail oriented and responsible person with pro-active approach able to learn quickly
Good communication skills (written and spoken communication)
Ability to work in team
