Credit Support Officer

- Manage individual and group customer accounts to ensure consistent and timely repayment of disbursed funds.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.

- Mobilize customers and gather market intelligence to keep business units informed about product feedback and emerging trends.

- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities with existing customers to drive additional business value.

- Collaborate closely with the finance team on credit control, collections, and account reconciliation activities.

- Facilitate customer group meetings and support field-based collection efforts as needed.
