Good superintendents are hard to find.
Great superintendents who can lead a team, earn trust in the field, and drive a project to completion are even harder.
That's exactly why this search exists.
A respected Kansas-based commercial contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a major commercial project in the Manhattan / Salina market.
While the initial assignment is a significant project valued at approximately $20M, this is a long-term addition to the team, not a project-specific hire. The company has a strong backlog and future work already planned beyond this project.
This search is being handled confidentially.

A Note From Tori
I've spent the last several years recruiting exclusively within the Kansas and Missouri construction market after beginning my career on the contractor side.
What stands out about this opportunity isn't just the project. It's the combination of strong leadership, repeat clients, a healthy backlog, and a genuine commitment to long-term employee growth.
I'm happy to share additional information regarding the project, compensation structure, and long-term career path during a confidential conversation.
