Job Description

The CNA Certified provides essential patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs), supporting hygiene, mobility, and safety needs in a healthcare environment. This role involves close teamwork and accurate documentation to promote patient well-being and operational efficiency within a setting that follows rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily hygiene and personal care activities

Support patient mobility and positioning

Monitor and document patient vital signs and care details

Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team members

Maintain patient safety and comfort during care delivery

Follow protocols under RN supervision

Adhere to rotating shift schedules to ensure continuous patient support

Required Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Current CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of patient care experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with patient care and vital signs monitoring

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
