Machine Operator

Location: Hamilton, Ohio

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Steel Toe Boots are Required

We are currently hiring dependable Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Hamilton, Ohio. This position offers a consistent four-day workweek and full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery

Load materials and remove finished products

Inspect products for quality and accuracy

Complete basic machine adjustments as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Meet daily production and quality goals

Report equipment problems to a supervisor

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience is preferred

Ability to stand for the entire shift

Ability to lift and move materials as required

Strong attention to detail

Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

Ability to work four 10-hour shifts from 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

Willingness to follow all workplace safety requirements
