Primary Care Provider (MD/DO, NP, or PA)
Position Overview
Seeking one temporary Primary Care Provider (MD/DO, NP, or PA) to provide outpatient coverage while a permanent provider is being onboarded. This assignment is expected to begin in early August and continue for a minimum of 12 weeks.
Compensation:
Hourly: $130/hr
Overtime: $190/hr

Practice Setting
Outpatient Primary Care
Adult and Geriatric patient population
No Emergency Department backup
No supervision of other providers required
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Manage acute volume and blood pressure issues
Perform pelvic examinations and Pap smears
Complete disability examinations
See approximately patients per day
Practice Details
5 Primary Care Physicians
4 Advanced Practice Providers
2 3 exam rooms per provider
EMR
Epic
Requirements
MD/DO, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
Board Certified or Board Eligible (must obtain Board Certification within 3 years of completing training)
Minimum of 1 year of Primary Care experience
Active Michigan license
Active DEA
BLS certification
Available to work full-time Monday Thursday
Local Michigan provider (drive-in candidate required)
NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of presentation
