Job Summary
The Executive Financial Analyst provides high-level financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and long-term financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
︎Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide strategic decisions.
︎Analyze financial statements, trends, and KPIs; present findings to executives.
︎Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A activity, and capital allocation.
︎Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
︎Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth strategies.
︎Prepare board-level presentations and reports.
︎Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarking.
Education
︎Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required).
︎MBA or Master's in Finance (preferred).
︎CFA or CPA certification (a plus).
Experience
︎5–8+ years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
︎Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
︎Track record of financial modeling and strategic planning.
Skills
︎Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
︎Proficiency with ERP/BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).
︎Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
︎Excellent communication and presentation skills.
︎High attention to detail and accuracy.
︎Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
