$50-$60K Base Employee-Owned Company Hilliard Area

Key Responsibilities

Process and coordinate payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation processes.

Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.

Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and other HR-related administrative duties.

Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, or a related role.

Experience processing payroll and supporting employee benefits programs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Knowledge of payroll practices, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

Base Salary: Up to $60,000

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO
