7AM to 3PM

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

No call duties

2 procedure rooms, 2 PACU bays, 2 preop bays

3 patients per hour per room - one room currently open, plans to expand to two rooms and potentially to 5 days per week

Qualifications

Texas medical license

DEA

BE/BC

Compensation

W2: $275/hr

1099: $305/hr

$1mil/$3mil Occurrence-based liability insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)

Benefits eligible on first clinical shift for full-time W2 positions (average of 120 hours per month)
