SRSMG is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a strong interest in non operative fracture care to lead and grow our outpatient fracture clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative physician who enjoys clinical variety, continuity of care, and working within a highly integrated, multispecialty environment.
Details:
100% outpatient fracture clinic
Focus on non-operative management of acute and subacute fractures
4.5 work week (34 patient contract hours/week)-excellent work-life balance
Supported by experienced orthopedic APP's, casting staff and ancillary services
Integrated care model with on-site imaging, physical therapy and specialty support
Evaluation and management of upper and lower extremity fractures
Closed fracture reduction, casting, splinting and follow-up care
Post ED and Urgent Care fracture follow-ups
Coordination of surgical referrals when operative care is indicated
Opportunity to help shape clinic workflows and clinical pathways as the program grows Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Strong interest or experience in non operative fracture care
Comfort with high volume outpatient clinical settings
Team oriented and patient focused approach

Total Compensation Range: $250,000-$350,000+ The posted compensation range reflects the anticipated salary or compensation range for this position, as required by applicable state law. Actual total compensation may be higher and can include additional earnings such as productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital/call stipends, extra shift pay, and other compensation components, where applicable. Providers may also be eligible for a CME allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
