Welder - 2nd shift

JOB DESCRIPTION\n\n\nWe are seeking a Welder who will use Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding techniques to fabricate high-quality products in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements.

This role is responsible for producing accurate, quality welds, inspecting finished work, and supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

The Welder works collaboratively with production teams to ensure products meet established quality and performance standards.\n\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\n\n\n\n Adjust welding equipment settings based on material type and metallurgical properties to produce quality welds.\n Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to set up and weld components using appropriate fixtures and tooling.\n Perform MIG welding on a variety of production parts and assemblies.\n Operate hand grinders and other finishing tools as required.\n Conduct ongoing visual inspections of workpieces and fixturing to ensure compliance with quality standards and appearance requirements.\n Identify and communicate quality, safety, or process concerns to appropriate team members.\n Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\n Collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.\n Perform other duties as assigned.\n\n\nWho You Are:\n\n\nYou consistently deliver high-quality work by paying close attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in everything you do.

You are open to learning new skills, adapting to changing priorities, and continuously improving your performance and the quality of your work.\n\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\n\n\n\n High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level.\n Experience performing MIG welding in a manufacturing or production environment.\n Ability to read, interpret, and apply welding symbols and blueprint requirements.\n Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively within a team environment.\n Ability to stand for extended periods during a work shift.\n Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.\n Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.\n\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\n\nTypical shop floor environment with possible exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, heat, cold, noise, vibration, oil, and water.
