Join us as we take flight!\n\n**External applicants will receive a $2,000 sign on bonus n\n**Third shift hours also available**\n\nWhat You Will Do \n\n\n Use a variety of hand tools to remove Burrs, or sharp edges.\n Perform machine setup and runs on laser marking machines\n Assembly of components\n Read, interpret and comprehend, process prints, engineering and quality standards, and other informational drawings and work instructions.\n Monitor part specific dimensional tolerances while performing the operation & identify non-conforming part features\n Maintain accurate documentation and system inputs (shop traveler, labor charging, production tracking software, inspection results, etc.)\n Identify and report process inefficiencies, machine issues, and improvement opportunities\n Follow work priorities to accomplish production goals\n Can handle contact with coolants, cleaning fluids, and oils (petroleum based products) and chemical vapors from products during the normal manufacturing\n Obtain and maintain required Inspection Certification(s)\n Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned\n 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm\n\n\nWhat You Will Learn\n\n\n Precision deburring process to print specifications.\n Set-up and operation of laser markers\n Reading/interpreting GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)\n Cross-functional collaboration through various types of manufacturing and processes.\n Gain experience with a variety of inspection equipment.\n\n\nQualifications You Must Have\n\n\n Typically requires HS diploma or equivalent or in the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience.\n Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals\n Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use multiple computer applications (including email, internet, and other job-specific applications).\n\n\nQualifications We Prefer\n\n\n Experience with measurement equipment, i.e.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.\n\n\nHired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
