Job Title: Java Deverloper -- W2 Only

Work Location: Phoenix, Az 85054 ( Hybrid )

Contract duration: 6 months

Minimum years of experience: 5-8Yrs

Must Have Skills and JD

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications, including incident, problem, and change management activities.

Analyze application logs, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.

Participate in application deployments, releases, patching activities, and post-deployment validations.

Monitor application health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.

Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and distributed systems.

Develop automation scripts using Shell/Python to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to SLA, security, compliance, and operational standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
