Job Responsibilities

* Make inbound and outbound calls to customers

* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

* Follow up with customers regarding payments/services

* Maintain call records and update system data

* Achieve daily calling and performance targets

* Communicate professionally and politely with customers

Eligibility

Education: 12th Pass

Age: 18–34 Years

Languages: English, Tamil & Kannada

Experience: Freshers can apply

Salary: 12,000 – 14,000 per month
