RM HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR AF

1. Lift, move, position, and organize raw materials, auxiliary materials, and premixes in the intake and storage areas according to the instructions of the Raw Material Coordinator.

2. Perform a pre-operation checklist for basic maintenance before operating heavy equipment.

3. Clean and wash heavy equipment after operations are completed.

4. Implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices and the 5S methodology in the workplace.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum Senior High School (SMA / SMK)

2. Have 1 year of experience in operating heavy equipment

3. Have valid SIO (heavy equipment license)



Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Mengangkat, memindahkan, menempatkan, dan menata bahan baku, bahan pembantu, serta premix di area penerimaan (intake) dan penyimpanan sesuai arahan Raw Material Coordinator.

2. Melakukan pemeriksaan pra-operasi dan checklist perawatan ringan sebelum mengoperasikan alat berat.

3. Membersihkan dan mencuci alat berat setelah selesai digunakan.

4. Mematuhi standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta menerapkan prinsip 5S di lingkungan kerja.

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam mengoperasikan alat berat.

3. Memiliki Surat Izin Operator (SIO) alat berat yang masih berlaku.
