The SOP Compliance Staff is responsible for ensuring all operational activities at AHLE K. Nunggal adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational processes at the AHLE K. Nunggal facility to verify compliance with all relevant SOPs.
* Identify non-compliance issues, deviations, and potential risks, and report them promptly to management.
* Assist in the development, review, and revision of SOPs to ensure they are current, accurate, and effective.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on SOP adherence and best practices.
* Investigate and document non-conformance events, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of CAPA plans.
* Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audit findings, and training logs.
* Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
* Prepare compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and internal policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Quality Management, or related scientific discipline).
* Proven experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, veterinary, or biotechnology industry.
* Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
* Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence staff.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
