RM HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR AF

1. Lift, move, position, and organize raw materials, auxiliary materials, and premixes in the intake and storage areas according to the Raw Material Coordinator's instructions.

2. Perform a pre-operation inspection and basic maintenance checklist before operating heavy equipment.

3. Clean and wash heavy equipment after use.

4. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and implement the 5S methodology in the workplace.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education: Senior High School or Vocational High School (SMA/SMK).

2. At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.

3. Possess a valid Heavy Equipment Operator License (SIO).



Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Mengangkat, memindahkan, menempatkan, dan menata bahan baku, bahan pembantu, serta premix di area penerimaan (intake) dan penyimpanan sesuai arahan Raw Material Coordinator.

2. Melakukan pemeriksaan pra-operasi dan checklist perawatan ringan sebelum mengoperasikan alat berat.

3. Membersihkan dan mencuci alat berat setelah selesai digunakan.

4. Mematuhi standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta menerapkan prinsip 5S di lingkungan kerja.

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam mengoperasikan alat berat.

3. Memiliki Surat Izin Operator (SIO) alat berat yang masih berlaku.
