CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Job Summary

The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement across PT Japfa Food Indonesia's operations, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall productivity and quality.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen across various departments including production, supply chain, and administration.

* Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement through data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.

* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to build continuous improvement capabilities within teams and empower employees at all levels.

* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement projects and ensure sustainable results.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, department heads, and senior leadership to align continuous improvement strategies with business objectives.

* Manage and prioritize a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and achievement of defined targets.

* Promote a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and accountability for continuous improvement throughout the organization.

* Prepare regular reports and presentations on project progress, achievements, and challenges for stakeholders.

* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.

* Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly desirable.

* Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing significant continuous improvement projects that delivered measurable results.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

* Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, conduct training, and coach teams on continuous improvement methodologies.

* Proficiency in project management tools and software.

* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and drive change.

* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
