As a Bookkeeper at Peter T Surapine & Co, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with our team to manage accounts, track expenses, and support the financial health of our growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience who is ready to make an impact in a collaborative and customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.

Prepare financial reports to assist in decision-making.

Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations.Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
