Sign-On Bonus

$500 New Hire Bonus

$250 after 45 days of employment

$250 after 90 days of employment

Consistent 2nd Shift Schedule

Week 1

Sunday – Off

Monday – 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Tuesday – 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Wednesday – 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Thursday – 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Friday – 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Saturday – Off

Week 2

Sunday – Off

Monday – Off

Tuesday – 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Wednesday – 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Thursday – 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Friday – 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Saturday – Off

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs.

Support individuals in building skills and maximizing independence.

Encourage participation in community activities, events, and social opportunities.

Assist with meal preparation and household responsibilities.

Support medication administration after required training and certification.

Advocate for the rights, dignity, and choices of the people we serve.

Maintain accurate documentation and service records.

Create a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.

Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and coworkers.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Valid South Carolina Driver's License

Acceptable Driving Record

Ability to complete required training

Ability to pass applicable background screenings
