Shift: Night shift, 12 hours

Shifts Per Week: 3

Hours Per Week: 36

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,940 - $2,040

Orientation: 36 hours

Weekend Coverage: Minimum every other weekend

Floating: Required within multiple ICU-level units as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

Current RN license in hand at time of submission

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Experience with Epic charting required

Prior travel nursing experience preferred

Must be comfortable floating to equivalent or lower acuity units

Must have experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing education required

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to adult critical care patients in a float pool environment

Support care across Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, CVICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, and related critical care units

Monitor and manage ventilated patients, cardiac drips, vasoactive drips, and complex ICU therapies

Perform and assist with procedures including IV starts, arterial line management, central line care, and telemetry monitoring

Interpret dysrhythmias, blood gases, and other critical clinical data to guide patient care

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient, and responsive patient outcomes

Adapt quickly to changing unit needs while maintaining excellent bedside care and documentation standards
