What's the Job?

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate strategically with client personnel to deliver innovative solutions. Engage in hands-on development, focusing on modernization efforts involving moving files to databases and managing backend processes.

What's Needed?

5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education. Proficiency in Java backend development with at least 6 years of experience. Experience with Spring Boot and cloud technologies (Azure or other cloud platforms). Knowledge of Kafka, JMS, and database management. Ability to work hands-on as a full member of a development team, with experience in SQL databases.
