Visual Merchandising & Display Supervisor Puerto Princesa

Job Function

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of compelling visual presentation of merchandise in SM Store that will engage customers, help draw store traffic and boost seasonal sales and retail Productivity.

Responsibilities

Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals / concept developments according to the guidelines set by the SBU VM Head Office

Enhance the look of SBU display areas (windows, MVP, entrances, lobby, atrium, mall and outdoor setups) based on approved standards and guidelines

Work closely with the Operations team to ensure best in practice visual presentation is always in place

Determine required collateral and allocation for the store per campaign / program

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling or Graphic / Interior Design related field is an advantage

1- 2 years of experience in performing Visual Display in a retail industry set up or similar industry
