Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Crown Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for safely operating a Crown sit-down forklift, using RF scanning systems, and moving, loading, unloading, staging, and organizing products throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recent experience operating a Crown sit-down forklift, hands-on experience using RF scanners, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and a dependable work history.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a Crown sit-down forklift in a warehouse environment

Use RF scanning systems to track, locate, receive, and move inventory

Accurately scan products, pallets, and warehouse locations

Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles

Move, stage, stack, and organize products in designated warehouse areas

Transport materials to production, shipping, and receiving locations

Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns

Follow inventory procedures and verify product quantities and locations

Maintain accurate records of material movement

Keep aisles, loading areas, and workspaces clean and organized

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and warehouse guidelines

Assist with general warehouse duties when forklift work is not required

Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Required Qualifications

At least three years of recent Crown sit-down forklift experience

Recent experience using RF scanning systems

Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment

Valid driver's license

Ability to safely and confidently operate a Crown sit-down forklift

Ability to accurately scan, locate, and track inventory

Ability to work Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Must be available to work overtime, including additional hours or weekends when required

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity

Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a forklift

Ability to frequently bend, reach, stand, walk, push, and pull

Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
