Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef at Market District, you'll support daily culinary operations within our Food & Beverage department, helping deliver restaurant-quality offerings in a premium retail setting.

You will lead by example on the line, preparing and plating dishes that highlight our high-quality ingredients and culinary creativity.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you'll help manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, and coach team members to ensure consistency, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
