Vincent's Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on our acute care units.
The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, administer medications and treatments, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, the nurse supports patient and family education, upholds safety and infection control standards, and participates in continuous learning and quality improvement to advance outcomes for the Bridgeport community.
