What You'll Be Doing

As a Lifeguard at Fairfield Beach Club, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all our members and guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring the pool and beach areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers.

- Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents.

- Enforcing safety rules and club policies to prevent accidents.

- Assisting with maintaining a clean and orderly aquatic environment.

- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with all levels of experience, including those just starting their lifeguarding journey. To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

- The ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A current lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
