Our Software Department in Fullerton, CA is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to work onsite in Fullerton, CA.

What You Will Do:

This role is for an experienced Software Engineer in developing and deploying software for real-time mission-critical systems. Key responsibilities include:

Design, implement, and maintain software applications using C/C++ and Python.

Work within an Agile team to design, develop, test, and deploy software components that support real-time data collection, processing, and user interaction across distributed systems.

Participate in design and code reviews, configuration management activities, and automated testing within a mature CI/CD environment.

Collaborate closely with systems, test, and data engineering teams to ensure software components integrate smoothly and support overall system objectives.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to formal design reviews.

Travel to customer sites for the purpose of testing and deployment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) AND a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience in C/C++ and Python for application development, data processing, and automation.

Experience with design, code, integration, and test of large system.

Experience with system or subsystem level Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V).

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance as and when required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
