Superintendent

Renewyx are working with a construction GC delivering ground-up projects for national retail brands and need a Superintendent to join the next project.

They currently have multiple sites across Ohio and a backlog of projects in in the pipeline ensuring this is a long term move for the right person!

:

You will manage all aspects of daily site operations, including trade sequencing, safety enforcement, and quality control, ensuring the project stays on schedule from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.

Track record running commercial job sites as lead Superintendent

Strong grip on safety programs, trade sequencing, and daily site logistics

Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors while keeping the schedule on track

Prior experience building commercial venures from ground up to fit out. :

OSHA 30 certification

Experience with self-perform crews

Familiarity with scheduling software such as Procore or MS Project
