Job Description

Local GC seeks seasoned Lead Superintendent needed for new 168 unit multifamily development of 5 years’ experience required in building similar projects a must - others need not apply.

Compensation package to correlate with experience.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of commercial building methods and codes

Ability to read drawings and specifications

Attention to detail and independent problem-solving abilities

Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for dealing with subcontractors, architects and project managers

Tactful and mature demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.

Utilization of a laptop and email is essential to performing the duties of this position. Experience with Microsoft Office required.

Familiarity with Procore

OSHA certification
