Pediatric case volume varies 15-30

Mix of cases including placentas, biopsies of GI, tonsils, random tumors, large resections, cytology

Low volume of autopsies

Group has DermPath and other Pathology Specialties

Bone marrows are done by their HemPath

EMR-Meditech & Dragon dictation

Financial package will be very competitivewith partnership option
